my car is now running 310bhp with the regal/dblias manifold and ko4 turbo kit.
i also have low comp pistons and rods fitted.

Err yeps and no the fact it has no CAT on it means no it will fail MOT but that section of exhaust can be replaced for MOTs

i drive it to work every day mate,you need a cat for the MOT but my car is only 1 year old. also regal is a MOT station.;)i will fit a cat then take it off.:bye:

pro race wheels direct fit for the car,1"each side wider track than the std 38 off set,with toyo r888 on.

32 back
after 4 laps they where 32 front and 33 back,i had r888's on, the boys with std road tyres on where going up 5-9 psi with 2 laps.
the r888 are a track day tyre.

I know having no cat on your car is a mot fail (Emmisions etc) But i thought driving it on the roads without a cat is also illegal? otherwise why would they fail it in an mot?

I thought it was purely an mot failure only? My pal has no cat on his car but just needs it sorted on the day of the mot and only that day

if you fail at the road side you can go to a mot station i think, not having a cat is only illegal if you pull up for a mot without it

not that impressive to say my 1.2 is fitted with gt28rs turbo and gave it 20psi of boost from 80bhp its up to 200bhp it roars like a beast yesterday i raced with an integra and i beat him with a car ahead its amazing
