Hi guys
Long time no posts!
Been busy with new job and becoming a daddy!
Just had my 1st service done at a vx garage that I used to work at, they did me staff price, £52.60.... and they cleaned it too. Well happy :yippe: Goes to show how much they can charge tbh.
Got my centre air vent replaced too, silly me put an air wick air freshener on heavy handidly and pushed one of the vent strips and snapped it, so whole new vent was £32! that was an expensive air freshener! :woops:
Anyway, I am thinking of getting a new motor soon as need a 5 door with the new addition to the family, dont want to see my pride and joy go though, still got a few plans to do like tint the windows (£150 quoted for all) and maybe lower it too, and finally fit that Steinmetz grill thats sitting in my garage!
Let me know your thoughts on the above topics? :salute:
£32 for the vent? There only £12 over the counter.
And above plans sound good

It was the full unit, not just the front bit, and it was fitted too as I wasn't going to attempt again! lol. wasn't going to complain after the cheap service!

First of all congratulations mate and glad you have got it all sorted for the right price, that`s really good.
The best of luck whatever you decide to do with your mods or with a new car.

You cant buy just the front. But glad your happy it all sorted.
I think you should spray your front grill white before putting it on
Congrats on the new arrival to your family mate.

this idea may throw you but you could always trade in your pride and joy and get a 5 door corsa and modify that then the new addition can ride in style
congrats on parenthood mate..... you'll never see another penny again lol
Congrats on becoming a father mate :).

Thanks guys, its brilliant being a father! Have thought about a 5 door but for the money could also get something a bit more 'dad-ish' saloon style, few years old, 3 series, a4... etc.
