I know i should be posting in the vxr bit but wanted to know if anyone on here could get a hold of a real carbonfibre diffuser for a vxr?

no probs! if you look on your local car website maby there is someone local that can work carbon fibre! let him know theres business and try to sort out a deal

just a thought, i maybe wrong but what about having the rear diffuser carbon wrapped or dipped???

A did think of this but quite a few people on vxro said that they have tried and just because the shape etc its very hard to be done and most people wont do it
Theres a good number of people over on VXRonline that have real carbon fibre diffusers.
Think they got them off a guy username: Streamline.

yeah thats true i guess, cos of the odd shape of it.

i got mine off justin aka streamline! hes no longer around! tasvel wont make any untill hes got decent numbers! vxrmarc racieved substandard parts off him on two occasions but they are trying to rectify this at the min
try thorney, i belive they have a person 'carbonman' of vxro who now works/supplies them with carbonfibre stuff, i have seen one with the vinyl which looked good, its pointless for weight saving as the diffuser is made of plastic
