A man is up in court for beating his wife to death with a hammer, the judge reads out the charges "Mr Smith you are charged with beating your wife to death with a hammer".
A man at the back of the court stands up and shouts "Mr Smith you are an F'ing liar", the judge shouts quiet in the court and starts to read the charges again,"Mr Smith you are charged with beating your wife to death with a hammer" the man at the back stands up and shouts again "Mr Smith you are an F'ing liar".
By now the judge is getting angry and say's to the man at the back "if you dont be quiet you will be in contempt of court,what is your problem"? the man say's "well i have been his next door neighbour for years and he said he never had an F'ing hammer!!!!!!
