Thought i would post it here considering its relating to the Vxr :P.
Seen an advertisment in the paper the other day for a Corsa PVR. It looks pretty much like a VXR but is just a 1.2. It can come in white, red & black as the guy mentioned when i phoned up. Im looking at white with the black gloss roof, black mirrors & black 17" alloys. I was wondering what everyone thinks of this car :roll:?
I reckon the wheels are multi spokes instead of the actual black VXR alloys. I wont comment on them until/or if i go too see the car just for a look. The sound of the roof and mirrors being black sounds good but the wheels im not sure. I think they may be fully black with a white ring around the outside if you know what im talking about.
Ive enquired to see if it is VXR wheels on the car or the multi spoke ones but the guy hasn't got back to me yet. I reckon it is the multi spoke though so does anyone know what it would cost roughly to get them changed to the VXR ones :yes:?
I mentioned to the guy about changing the standard rear bumper and exhaust for the centre exhaust like the Vxr too. I knew myself that would prob cost a bomb and he said it would be a pricey adjustment too. Anyone know what that would cost too ;)?

exhuast would need changin as youve got the sparewheel well in urs and the vxr doesnt, which means custom jobby

And swapping the wheels for VXR wheels is a no go, they are 5 stud, the SXi's it will come with are 4 stud.

Yeah, thats it. but with their advertisement they have shown you a Vxr there ^^.

the wheels dont look great too me in these pics. anyone know what wheels would look good on this and how much they cost?
yeh i know thats a vxr. the next thread on vxronline is the real one. they're pointless imo. they're like bottom spec dealership modified ones, that you could do the same yourself much cheaper.

ive been looking for an sxi with the vxr styling pack and i seen this one in papers. obv it looks better in papers cause they show you a vxr lol. black roof is nice and mirrors but i aint keen on multispoke alloys.
suppose i probs am better off with buying something else but difficult to find a white sxi with kit on it.

looks nice but doesnt have fog lights which is strange but has all the bodykit and black wheels

yeah, looks great.
would love to find a white 1.2 with vxr pack. not so much bothered about the black roof, mirrors or wheels but the roof and mirrors are nice touch. with the multispoke that the deal above offers i wont be looking at again. no point in buying if it aint what i want

god knows why dealerships think they can pimp cars - but some silly person will buy them actually :\
imo buy a cheaper 2nd hand standard d and put real vxr bumpers and mirrors on and better wheels than those silly things
