I reckon those'd look really, really nice if they were colour coded. Not so keen on the carbon.
How're you finding the arm rest?
Headlight covers look good on your red d. Do they stick out very much ?
We need a side on pic to see how far they stick out in comparison to the bumper / bonnet... prettty pleaeeeease :) very tempted to buy these but dont know how they fit on and how they look side on -ish

I really like them and soo tempted to pop along to reg vardy and pick a pair up, Pity they didnt do them to match car colour as fusco said as they would look way better, Hopefully the CF will look ok on a black car:)
I like the armrest :doublethumbs: but is it charcoal or black :dontknow: & would it match the design's leather trim?

guess that those headlight protectors would look really good on black paintwork. anyone done it yet?
do you know if the normal ones (silver colour) are exactly the same design with silver where the carbon pattern is supposed to be?
Question for noddy or anyone else in the know, Where can i buy some side repeater panels off the vxr as noddy has done, I was hoping vx dealers may be able to order them in but i think ebay is the place to go?...

Vauxhall will be the place to go!
There's none on eBay, I don't think.
There is a lad selling them but he has them on his astra and is trying 2 flog em to astra owners??? haha. So how do you pop out ya repeater to stick these underneath???
koro_guitarist
28-09-2007, 08:35
Haha, really?
Yeah, I think the repeater's just slide out, and then you stick them down.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-CORSA-VXR-INDICATOR-SURROUNDS-FIT-ASTRA-H-MK5_W0QQitemZ190156998774QQihZ009QQcategoryZ43117Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
So the repeator just unclips out, You have to remove it from wires or something because you have to put it into the middle of this little panel, if you know what i mean???

£48? He's having a laugh, isn't he?! They're about £30 brand new. I think you have to push it out, as I think it's on a slidey type connection.
got them on mine. they are just made of plastic with some adhesive on the back.
unclipping the side repeaters is easy. was pretty worried as chavs could easily nab them.
Same mate, As long as there easy enough to get on and a dont destroy me car:), Al pop down reg v's tonight:)

Ok just visited bristol street at cramlington and ordered some headlight protectors and the vxr repeator panels, Parts man was as useful as a brick wall and took me about an hour just to order the 2 things, Computer showed that the headlight protectors and vxr indicators had only been stocked in about 4-5 vx dealers around the country haha, Got them ordered and expect em next week sometime:)
