Off to Lanni's House today to install his old fusion sub into my D :D
iv already got £160 JL audio comps upfront so it should be really nice with the sub in
will upload all the progress pics later when i get back from manchester
I love the fact that you can rub subs off of the standard HU
also next up: Orange Footwells when the post men stop being fools and get back to work! lol
also having a custon made sunstrip that going to cost me £50 but no 1 in the whole world will have it and it will deffo make my car stand out from the rest :D
I love the fact that i said i was never moddnig this car! he he once in ya blood that is it!

Very nice. I dread to think what the sunstrips is. I hope it's a tinted one, like I'm gonna get, or it'll just spoil your car. :(
Maybe a colour coded one'll do.
colour coded ones sometimes dont look right, because they evidently look chavvy, the only sunstrip people should be alowed are tinted ones....

got a limo black sunstrip on my silver astra... looks well good and same will happen 2 my d if i can ever get the order in! lol

Sunstrip idea : Is a black sunstrip with white writing saying C'Mon in centre with 2 C'mons at each side with the blue one looking as its jumping over the word C'Mon

im thinking of putting my standard back in and just running the sub off it.
im running my fav head unit of all time, the sony mex-r1 :P ill be well upset to let it go......google it mate.
output for seperate connecter, i use my tomtom for bluetooth, or my aux jack from back of stereo and plug it into phone, so person speaking comes through speakers, its main function is the dvd function, and you can wire ps2 or xbox to it easily

im sure mines louder than all of yours :P we will have to put them all up against each other, oh by the way ive just installed 6 new sony components and some 6x9s in the boot, pics will soon arrive ;) oo i love my job, so far my whole install has cost me under £100 and is worth about £1000 :P

oh and also why does it have to be a competition? if its nice quality sound that comes out from the system and yoour happy with it its all that matters i think!

very true, its all about the clarity, at the end of the day, theres a difference between loud music, and selflishly loud music where every bugger can hear it.

I have ordered an alpine sub for under my drivers seat today.

you l have to put the piccys up when it come or have you got any.
it hasnt come yet. it is gonna be bugger to fit, so dont know if im putting it in though might sell it on ..... ill let you know when i get it.

its a 5 lol have you never seen it? its the alpine flat sub, its only made for treble, and looks really funky, ill get some pics when it arrives
