    Fitting sub and amp

When wiring in the sub and amp, which cable do you run the remote cable off of for the amp? cheers

it will say REM on it !

    what amp is it?

and the remote cable goes to an ignition start up 12v which you find that mixed in with 1000 wires behind your glove box which is located under all the fuses

or you can take half your dash to pices and have it going to your cig lighter

I've never tried to do this before but it sounds bad to me...
The remote turn on needs a 12v DC supply to trigger the internal relay (turn the amp on)
The power going to your speakers aint 12v and IIRC its not even DC!

As said above it needs a 12v supply thats live when the headunit is on, theres a few ways you can do this with the stock head unit mate...
    1. Tap into an "live with ignition" 12v feed - like the one at the back of the headunit telling the headunit to turn on & off with ignition. (someone on here may be able to tell you which wire that is on a D)
    2. Wire it to a switched 12v feed - run a wire from the...Battery--to a--Fuse--through a--Switch--then to the--Amp and then use it as a manual switch for your amp.
any probs drop me a PM.

    Hope this helps,

    Sean
