Just looking for some advice have got a second hand window winder coming l guess l will have to drill out the rivets on old one. Can l use not and bolts instead of rivets to put new one back on. Grateful for any advice

I don't know for sure but imagine they use rivets to stop the mechanism fouling on bolts, you can get guns and rivets cheap on ebay -
