Afternoon,

Few months back the car died. Lost most power, struggled to pull away. Sitting idle tool ages to reach 3k revs. AA dude came, took the EGR off and it was basically clogged. Scraped it all out, sprayed some cleaner in while engine was running then reved to ass off it. Plooms of smoke an all that, job done.

Problem is its still recurring :(. I've taken the valve off and cleaned it, got bottle cleaners in the other pipes as far as possible. Between cleans the pipes her real dirty, powder in the actual valve and goo in the pipes.

A pub mechanic seems to think an air system flush is needed.

Trying to avoid costly garage fee's any ideas? It's had a new turbo so I hope it's not that again.....
