Here's a nice simple photoshop tip for you to do. It's simple, but it is effective!

Firstly, open up the picture which you want to add headlights to.



Once you have that open, click on filter at the top, and then go to render, and then select lens flare:



Next, you should have a box pop-up on the screen like so:



Now it's time to select on the little picture where you want the light source to appear. Just a tip too, I usually choose 105mm, as it's more realistic, and remember to adjust the brightness. For my example, I used 60%.

When you're done choosing where you want the light, click on ok. Repeat the previous step, and select the other headlight, or light source.

Now save the image, and you should end up with something like this:
