I purchased a "ESSGOO Car Radio Multimedia 4G 64G For Opel Astra Vectra Vauxhall Antara Zafira Corsa C D Vivaro Meriva Wireless CarPlay Auto" (black 4gb ram + 64gb storage) off of Aliexpress and have installed it over the weekend.

I am having an issue at the moment where it sounds like being inside of a drum (way too much bass) and the steering control don't work. I am talking with support (only online between 2am and 10am my time) but does any one have any advice on what else I can do to get this to be at least as good as the one I removed?
Anyone purchased one of these recently and figured out how to solve similar issues to what I am having?

I only really wanted to be able to change the song I am currently listening to with the steering wheel and having android car play was a bonus.

I honestly wouldn't recommend it and probably will be returning it if I don't at least sort out the steering wheel controls.

I had this head unit and caused nothing but problems for example steering wheel controls didn't work, having to put the key back in to turn the head unit off and it causing the car not to start...

There's a canbus box in your wiring that should solve your steering wheel controls etc

Here's what the support said so if you get it working I may try it again but for now I'm back with my pumpkin head unit that has no issues.
