Right,

I'm going to splash some cash on cleaning products next payday but I wanted to make sure I'm buying/got the correct stuff for the job..

So this is basically how I think it should be done, please correct me if wrong...

Rinse car with pressure washer
Snow-Foam prewash
Rinse off snow foam
Two Bucket, sponge with water then sponge with shampoo..
Use Conserver (or Liquid Polish)
Then use a solid wax applied with a foam applicator then buff off with microfiber cloth..

Stand back and admire?

I noticed Costco had a cheap enough car polisher for sale looked ideal for a beginner like me, just a quick question would the polisher only be used with the Conserver/Liquid Polishing stage, or is it used during waxing too?

Many thanks

One thing I'd add is that some people prefer to put snow foam onto a dry car. Other than that looks a fairly decent process.
