Have you checked the connectors on the speaker to see if you are getting power?

Checked with ohm meter when wire off and zero reading and when radio is on there is a ohm reading coming from connector block. Only tested drivers side. Is that the correct way?

I only know how to use multimeta so would check for volts, a test light will give you the answer.
