Its dipstick and turbo oil return pipe.
Theres a click connector with o-ring seal on the side for turbo oil return.
This can be a culprit for oil leak.
I just had mine disassembled yesterday. Had an oil leak at the turbo. Seal was not god. New seal and some silicone sealer on that to make sure it's tight... Easy job. Two screws acessible from below, and loosen the click connector by squeezing.. Greetings from Denmark
