Turning on ignition blows fuse 10amp, had a look in ecu but no sign of water ingress, unplugging engine harness fuse does not blow, I've have isolated injectors pressure reg, EGR solenoid etc, replaced engine harness, have noticed as fuel pump runs for a few secs fuse blows, unplugged fp relay and fuse stays good with all engine plugs connected. Any ideas please?

Sounds to me like your fuel pump then surely…? Maybe the loom is damaged, corrosion on terminals or fuel pump on way out.

Thanks Tommy, I have also discovered there is no feed to starter relay via the 30A fuse so will check fuse box, I see there's a few muti plugs underneath it maybe corrosion as you say, regards Dave

You need to check the ECU for water damage before you go any further -

Corsa D 1.3 Diesel - will not start - will not turn over...

On the 1.3 diesel models the drain holes under the scuttle panel block with leaves and other crap (see below) the ECU then sits in a water bath water eventually gets inside and destroys the ECU so get those drain holes cleared and keep your fingers crossed its not too late. A new ECU will...

Think he said in his first post that he’d done that. Checked mine today whilst I had access and would have had issues before long - all cleaned and back together now with new sealant.
