To be fair, £1400 is quite good compared to what i thought, i only have 8 months driving experience, with a rather large claim against myself already, so I'm pretty chuffed! I've been with Admiral for my colt, my C and now my D too!

try bell they only want like just under a grand from me for things like type rars and focus rs's. try quinn aswell, was with them when i was 18 and had my corsa 1.6 sport.

so im insured for the Audi ... but my dad says no :woops:

it depends where you live and a lot of other variables down here in the south east insurance can be a killer. strange thing is i can insure a 2.0 astra H for the same as my 1.4 corsa but dont want the running costs as the car is only used as a shopping trolley and the odd day/nite out

1500 -2800 would be your own policy not as a named driver

who are you getting quotes from?? I'm in the same boat but ive manage to get decent insurance just have to try and arrange managble finance on the car

Anyone and everyone Myles. Have tried Confused - £6000 and above. Other companies like Elephant etc won't touch me for some reason. Even though I tried a "fake quote" and did it when I was 18 just to get a rough estimate. Nothing.

Have you tried quinn direct zeesh? call them up and you'll get a completely different quote than on the internet, ther good for young drivers, i'm with them and there cheap )
