I've bought some led's for my reverse light and it doesn't work, none of the led's I've bought work.. There are 12v 5w led's. A regular 12v 21w bulb works fine, but I really wanted led's. I've read that I need a resistor in order to work. Can anyone tell me the value of the resistor I need? Thank you very much

Resisitors are definetly needed for indicators as it'll trigger hyper flash when the car thinks there's no bulbs. Haven't tried reverse LED's though. Have you tried flipping the bulb around?

Although this is what I used for indicators, it may also work for the reverse light (since it's used to replicate the power usage of a normal halogen bulb anywa), 50W 6RJ / 25W
