Hi I've a low mileage (32k) 2012 1.4 Auto that only does a few 100 miles a year. There is a scraping noise coming from the engine like a noisy breaking possibly. I thought it might be the alternator or maybe the tensioner on the aux belt or even something to do with the timing chain. I've a video of the sound but can't seem to post it. Any ideas? It's really hard to isolate where it's coming from other than left hand side top of engine (I think).
