The stop start has never worked on my 1.2 corsa ecoflex since I bought it. I checked the battery and at some stage one of the previous owners has replaced it with a standard Bosch battery, not an AGM one. I figure this is why the car refuses to auto-stop. I’ve read that replacing an AGM battery is not as straight forward as replacing standard battery’s as the module that monitors the battery needs resetting when it’s replaced. Is it possible to do this via OPCOM (I don’t have the security code tho) or is this a job for a garage? Thanks.
