I would appreciate some help from forum members. I’m replacing my CD30 radio in my wife’s 2014 Corsa D with a Pioneer head unit and it needs a switched live. I’ve tried to find one with a suitable fuse rating in the glovebox fuse box without success. Some have suggested taking a feed from the accessory socket but I’m struggling to remove the accessory socket from the dash. I have tried tapping into the switched live going to the accessory socket at the back of the head unit but the cables are really tight and covered in cable protector.

I would be grateful for any advice from any members don’t want to pay Halfords to fit it.

Thanks in advance
