I've been having an on going problem with my window washer bottle clogging up. I've lost count the amount of times I've unblocked it. The last time I did it was about 2 weeks ago, I got that fed up with it I flushed the bottle out with boiling water and a hose pipe. Worked perfectly until today when it's clogged up again. Anyone have any tips to stop it clogging up. I use the pre-mixed fluid, maybe the concentration is too high and turns to mush.

Thanks

My washer bottle clogged 2 years ago. After cleaning it, it has never clogged since. I also use the pre-mixed fluid.
Have you removed the pump from the washer bottle and cleaned the rubber grommet thing that the pump pushes into ?
On mine, this was completely gummed up.
You can get to the pump by lifting up the lower part of the near side wheel arch liner. A few clips need removing to allow the arch liner to be pulled up.

You should be able to do this with the front wheel on full lock but if you remove the wheel it is easier.

If you have already cleaned the grommet - sorry, no other suggestions.
