Posting this for reference in case someone comes across the issue and needs some guidance as I was unable to find anything similar for the corsa D.
A while back I had a constant buzzing sound coming from the passenger side headlight, turned out it was coming from the headlight adjuster motor that was constantly turning. I disconnected it and postponed until MOT time.. well that time has come.
Purchased replacement with code ESS/PL/022A. Inserted the new one in and everything is good.
Unfortunately for me, both headlight adjuster motors had failed so I'm waiting on delivery for the driver's side (driver's side has no output at all.)
Fuse 12 in the enginge compartment box (5A) relates to :
it may be worth a check if both your headlight adjusters aren't working like me, but in this case the fuse was fine.
Accessing the headlight is straightforward, but long. it requires removing part of the front bumper or at least have some clearance to access a bolt that attaches the headlight to the chassis. Here is a video for reference
Removing the headlight adjuster is a case of unplugging the small white 3 pin connector and twisting the headlight adjuster motor and then removing. Do the reverse for installation, make sure the ball joint sits inside the plastic crevice and then turn the motor to lock it into position.

rotate the adjuster motor in the direction of the arrow and then pull out.
You may want to check headlight level and adjust it, in case one light is higher than the other. to adjust, insert an allen key here whilst your car is on a flat surface and facing a wall where you can see the direction of light. here's a link of how to adjust to a correct height: https://www.autopartspro.co.uk/tips-advice/adjust-car-headlights-correctly-975
