Corsa life 1.3 Cdti, timing belt or chain? replacing intervals?

Have a corsa with nearly 51k milage cant seen to find any info if it has a timing belt or chain? there are timing belt kits available on ebay so abit confused, and at how many mi,age should it be replaced

Its a chain.

I had mine replaced at over 100,000 as a ROBINHOODS snapped at around 90k. Mine hadnt got much wear as the car was serviced properly with the right oils but I would rather pay a few hundred to sort it than ÂŁ1000+ for a engine rebuild. Chains dont let go often they just get noiser and noiser and then common sense should kick in :lol:

Mine got replaced @ 70k as I didn't want to take the risk after robinhiods had snapped,
My car has full service history and my chain was starting to rattle , it was worn and so was one if the cogs it runs on also the adjuster was about shot too, mine and robinhoods are the SXI 90 BHP Models ,
