Just had one of my return pipes snap on astra 2.0 cdti, lost around 3 gallons over 30 miles, still I wasn’t paying double time for a Sunday night recovery on the principle of it, yes the car stinks of diesel, it was vx only part but sorted for £90. There was plenty of diesel in engine bay so 30 ml x 4 injectors x 20 mins, doesn’t seem excessive but have a chat to a diesel specialist and see what they have to say and if the injectors are 💩 I wonder if the 2.0 astra j ones are any bigger flow? Bigger flow, more fuel, remap. Just saying 😆

 

Had the all plastic plugs on the return pipe snap so I've had to order a new one, was only £13.50 plus an extra few quid on clamps etc. Need to find a Vauxhall specialist as each car has a different return flow amount.
